A manager walks into Human Resources and sits down in front of the desk of the HR director.
The manager says, “I’ve got a people problem.”
The HR director looks up at the manager.
He slowly removes his glasses from behind one ear, and then the next.
Using his elbows on his desk as a resting point, he clasps his hands together, relaxing his chin on them.
A grizzled veteran, the ruffled wrinkles from his temples begin the formation of a scowl.
He sighs and replies, “All problems are people problems.”
