Ingredients:
4 slices of bacon, diced
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 cups pasta (rotini and noodle mixture in the picture)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cups barbeque sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small handful mini pepperoni’s (not necessary, just something I added)
Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat
Add bacon and cook until crispy (5-7 minutes)
Stir in chicken and cook for about 2-3 minutes (until golden brown)
In a large pot, cook pasta for approx 15 minutes
To the bacon and chicken, add garlic, chicken broth, milk, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper
Drain pasta and add to the mixture
Stir in barbeque sauce and cheese until heated through (approx 1-2 minutes)
Let cool for a few minutes
