Ingredients:
Ground beef 1 pound
2 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
2 14.5 ounce cans beef broth
8 oz noodles
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no pink remains
Add in the garlic and onion powder, cooking for one minute (drain grease)
Cook and drain the pasta
To the ground beef, add the salt, pepper, and paprika; Stir
Add the beef broth and parsley (stir and bring to a broil)
Reduce to a simmer for two minutes
Whisk in the flour until no lumps remain
Add the pasta and stir
Continue to simmer until the sauce starts to get thick
Add and stir in the sour cream
Remove from heat and let it cool down before serving
